Well, I can finally see daylight again. As you may know, by day, I work for March Madness Live and during the tournament my schedule gets a bit hectic to say the least. Now that the first and second round are over we have a bit of a break and i'm happy to get caught up. I've gotten so many questions about this lip color and it was actually a sample that Sephora sent me with my last order - Stila Lip Stain in Beso. I'm in love with the formula and can't wait to try other colors like Carina and Patina! What new brands have you tried recently?

While I would generally opt for a bolder necklace or handbag, today I decided to keep it subtle. The silhouette on this dress or any wrap dress is fabulous and deserves to be the star of the show. Pairing this print with a sunflower pastel pink necklace really allowed my neck to appear full without compromising the focal point. Not to mention, it's always important to find necklaces that sit properly. Nothing is more annoying then a necklace that twists and bends because the shape won't sit well on your collarbone. SUNNY IN MY WRAP DRESS

Of the few things that I have learned through my years of blogging, one is more clear then the rest. Daylight savings is either your best friend, or worst enemy. What should generally only be a struggle in the winter (it's dark earlier in the morning or in the evening), I seem to have found myself at a crossroads on the flip side: too much sun!

The goal is to take my photos earlier in the morning to avoid the sun flares, but with an unpredictable work schedule that gets a bit tough. Atlanta summers are infamous for their hot sun, but sometimes too much, can be just that.

This wrap dress is something that I picked up in a boutique in Athens when I was visiting my college town a few months ago. The neutral colors look great with a pop of navy and this color palette has inspired so many other looks. Tomorrow i'll be sharing my top 2 picks for "The New Black" of 2014 and show you simple ways to jazz up the basic black that haunts our closets. Don't forget, today is the last day to enter my giveaway! Yesterday, I met up with some of my favorite Atlanta fashion bloggers Kate (Kate Styled Petite). Lauren (Fashionably Lo), and Jessica (My Style Vita) for a fun brunch. We went to Urban Pl8 which is a great little spot hidden on the edge of Midtown. The worst best part is that everything on the menu is more or less healthy and even caters to those on Paleo. I can't express how great it is to get together with new friends and just catch up on everyone's adventures. And of course, we enjoyed a quick photo sess after brunch. I'm pretty sure everyone at the restaurant was utterly confused.

Since tomorrow will be a series of running around and checking your phone for constant plan changes - enjoy today. Eat something completely unhealthy, avoid the gym, and sleep enough for tomorrow. The end is near, we'll clean up the mess on the 1st.
