I didn't realize how awfully equestrian this outfit was until I saw how the photos turned out. I probably could have avoided that if I had decided to keep my hair down, but hey, go big or go home. These boots are, of course, my Ariat Sahara ones and since you guys are incredibly awesome & voted for me to win the OnlineShoes.com blogger style contest, you will be seeing a lot more of Ariat and OnlineShoes.com this season. 

On another note, I have been on the hunt for a really great wine/vamp/oxblood colored lipstick, that goes well with my olive skintone. I recently saw NYX Bruised online and ordered it to see if it was what I am looking for. I'll keep you updated on my progress, in the meantime do you have any suggestions?

Kelly Clarkson
Kelly Clarkson is known to be one of the most down-to-earth musical artists in the industry. Her success is a result of strong, female empowering music that is raw and real. She was the first artist after Destiny's Child who's record I could listen to on repeat for months. Plus she got engaged in UGGs, and that's awesome.

Lucy Hale
Lucy is my favorite of the PLLs. Maybe because she reminds me the most of myself, minus the whole dating a psycho stalker teacher fiasco. I think we could be besties, drink tea, and talk smack about Jenna & Shawna. And we could trade closets, so that's always a plus. 

Sophia Bush
It's no secret what an inspiration Sophia Bush is. Between her war on Urban Outfitters and being an equal rights advocate, she still manages to have time to be an amazing actress and promote social entreprenurship. She has high standards and she would be the kind of girlfriend who would never let you skip going to the gym and hit up a Panera instead. I need a Sophia Bush in my life. 

Zooey Deschanel
I don't know too much about Zooey Deschanel, except that she is on the cotton commercial and I love red lipstick on her. However, her character, Jess, on New Girl is my favorite. We could make up songs about everything while curling our hair and wearing hipster glasses. It would be the beginning of something beautiful. 

Jennifer Lawrence
Um, duh. Of course Jenn La is going to be #1. Her GIFs are what I read when I am having a bad day and need to remember that some people are significantly more awkward than I am. Jenn wins an Oscar and falls UP the stairs and makes the perfect recovery by making fun of herself. I wish I would take life a little less seriously like her. Also since Jenn and I share a mutual love for food, we could have sleepovers and eat fries all night. #besties

This is actually happening. It's cold outside -- and not like ooh, what a nice breeze cold no, like frigid cold. I swear that anyone who ever moved to Atlanta for it's predictable weather is sorely regretting it. 

I digress. Let's talk about this vest. I know, I know -- and its only $40. When I read the reviews of this piece there were people complaining that the vest had a hood. Are you kidding me? The hood is obviously the best part (eskimo mode optional). Also, if the modest price tag didn't give it away this vest is obviously made of faux fur. 

I've been noticing myself getting more sensitive to animal rights. Not in a Khloe K PETA ad / flour bombing type of way, but I do not believe in skinning for clothing. I love fashion just as much as the next guy significantly more than anyone I know, and this is just something that we can do without.

This dress was a steal at $30, but from H&M thats expected. It's probably also expected that the dress is dreadfully itchy but I wouldn't trade it. The dress fits well and with a slip underneath it's pretty bearable. It's what we do in the name of fashion!
