If you've been following my blog for a while, you know that I've recently been experimenting with colored tights. You've seen navy before here (ooh, I miss that brick wall) and more recently hunter green here. I've found that tights are key for a transitional wardrobe. It's so easy pairing some of my favorite tunics and dresses from summer with a pair of colored tights and boots to be fall-ready. However, if the weather is anything like it was this morning - I may need to throw a coat on over it. Looks like winter is fast approaching in the south!

It's been a very long weekend. Holidays in our culture fall right around the middle of July and with that comes lots of food & family (totally not complaining!) But...what I wouldn't give for just a day in bed watching a New Girl marathon. Sigh.. Aside from my state of sheer exhaustion,  I am excited for my wedding portraits this weekend! Happy Friday! I can't believe it's been an entire week since i've written a post. I'm trying to get caught up with all of my summer activities starting, post-travel from May, and of course being less that 3 months away from the wedding (ahh!) This is such an exciting time, i'm trying not to get too overwhelmed and just enjoy the process! Wish me luck!

You might remember this dress from my Wednesday Wishlist post a few weeks ago. I was so in love with it from the first time I saw it and the quality was even better in person. Not to mention that it was under $50! This is, unfortunately, the last of my looks from NYC. It's was so refreshing to shoot somewhere new and see the city vibes reflected in my photos. Maybe this trip will serve as inspiration for more dynamic photo backdrops here in Atlanta. Hm, guess you will just have to swing back around and see!

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend. If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I was in Miami this weekend attending one of my childhood best friend's wedding!
