I've always been a fan of shift dresses (seen here), and the color mint - so a combination of the two seemed like a no-brainer. I will say that a drop waist detail on a shift dress style is probably not the best idea. This dress is gorgeous, but shift dresses are made to be boxy and that's part of their charm. Sometimes, I feel like I should just design clothes myself,

maybe someday. 

Also, it's Monday, St.Patrick's Day, and Mint is a shade of green. If anyone pinches me, it's on.

Bright colors? Yes please! I struggled pairing this blouse because the color is so close to my skin tone that it often makes me look washed out. However, the fit was great and I once I brought the blouse home from H&M, I realized that I had to be creative with my wardrobe. Electric blue is a stunning color and is a great contrast with the camel-tones here + a berry lip? Do I dare?
