I'm so excited to be sharing this look on the blog today, definitely one of my favorites this season! The black and white look is as classic as they come, but the green accents both with my Rocksbox necklace and clutch really make the look pop. Of course, nothing would be right without a bold lip. I'd say it's a Monday morning essential, wouldn't you?

On my last Mommy & Me shopping trip we headed to Phipps Plaza in Atlanta. Phipps is known for being a haven of designer labels and is naturally the perfect place for a Saturday afternoon shopping trip (starbucks in hand). We stumbled into Belk at Phipps, and I have to say I was extremely impressed! Belk carried all my favorite labels: Kors, Kenzie, Klein - you name it. We found outerwear, blouses, dresses, and casual pieces for such a great price! This dress was $23! Let's just say.. mom and I ended up opening a Belk card. 

I loved discovering the Belk experience, so of course I had to share with you all. I'll be sure to let you know which other pieces were from this highly satisfying trip!

I have been waiting to get do this review for almost 3 weeks, but excited that it's finally here! 

A little ways back, I placed an order at Chicwish.com. I'd heard a lot of good things and thought i'd give it a try for myself. Overall the selection and price are outstanding and I was impressed from the get-go.

Generally, I only like to shop online from places that I can return in person - but this was an exception. Chicwish has two things that I do not prefer. One is the return policy. They will take returns but you have to ship it back to them and that is always a hassle. The second thing is that since the pieces come straight from China, it takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive. Generally, i'm a patient person but it seems like when you are waiting for something to arrive you have wanted to wear 4 times already and it "would have been perfect last weekend."

Overall, I had a good experience and will shop from there again. I wouldn't make a recommendation on this blog unless it was my honest opinion. I love this skirt and will certainly be placing another order soon.

WEDNESDAY WISHLIST: DEJA VU

I have to be honest, I hesitated a lot when creating this post. Usually every Wednesday I share my latest source of inspiration with you all. Whether it's colorful clutches or thrifty jewels - there is always something new to share. This post however, is troublesome because earlier in the year I shared a Wednesday Wishlist: Stripes Edition with you. While the trend is the same, the pieces are entirely different and I believe, this really speaks to what a versatile trend this is. Whether it's during winter woes or summertime sunshine, stripes always work. I actually picked up the maxi dress on the bottom left for myself from Target last week and that was the source of my inspiration. I find myself carrying my Kate Spade tote almost daily and am absolutely obsessed. What can I say, i'm really digging the stripes right now (plus they go great with my NYX wine lipstick!)

TOP 5 OSCAR 2014 MOMENTS - 30X30 - Day 26

I solemnly swear, that I will not wear this striped skirt or chambray shirt again. As i'm getting into the last 3 days of my 30x30 i'm actually starting to feel... (dare I say it?) nostalgic. It's graduation goggles, I know it. I'm trying to get these last few pairings that i've been planning in to end with a bang. 

Did you guys watch the Oscars? I had to be somewhere around 7-10, so I taped it and avoided all social media in the intrem. Worked out pretty well, that is until CNN & Washington Post started e-mailing me the winners. Regardless I enjoyed the show and here were my top 5 thoughts:

1) Ellen is HILARIOUS. She is my favorite (daytime) talk show by far. She rocked the stage last night, and I died laughing at the pizza debacle.

2) How stunning was Lupita Nyong'o? I can't tell you how much I wanted her to win. Not only did that dress look incredible on her, but she is so poetic. I was thoroughly impressed. 

3) Kicking off the show with Pharell was the best. idea. ever. Someone deserves a raise, whoever made that call. Go you!

4) Jared Leno's speech. Of course stars will thank their agents, directors, and movie teams -- but it is so touching when someone dedicates their entire speech to their family. I was so moved by Jared Leno's speech dedicated to his single mother.

5) Kerry Washington asking for two slices of pizza - Enough. Said.

I trust you all had a wonderful weekend! I spent a few days in Savannah, Georgia and really enjoyed the time away. I'm excited to share this look with you because it's one that I wore to a Tiffany event for my friend Paris Rouzati. I loved catching up with my blogger friends at these events and posted a few photos over on my Instagram page  with the #TiffanyAtlas.
