While I would generally opt for a bolder necklace or handbag, today I decided to keep it subtle. The silhouette on this dress or any wrap dress is fabulous and deserves to be the star of the show. Pairing this print with a sunflower pastel pink necklace really allowed my neck to appear full without compromising the focal point. Not to mention, it's always important to find necklaces that sit properly. Nothing is more annoying then a necklace that twists and bends because the shape won't sit well on your collarbone. Last night I had a rare opportunity to catch up with one of my oldest friends (& of course her closet.) This adorable piece is from Francesa's  and while currently out of season it's also year-round adorable. I knew this would look stellar with my Kate Spade bag and had to borrow it. Closet swaps are such a fun way to take styles for a test drive. While this piece is so me, this particular bestie always pushes my fashion boundaries (she's been trying to get me into a romper for years!) Testing out trends & styles that you wouldn't normally buy yourself are a great way to get the most out of an exchange. Then, of course, swap out a few goodies that are right up your alley & can't wait to style!
